Return Policy

Return policy please read in full detail. We have a strict no refund policy. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, it’s safe to say that for most people, things haven’t been going quite as planned. A lot of people have been forgoing many things, including overseas travel, hangouts with friends, and even trips to their favorite salon. To keep our clients and their families safe, we’ve decided to refuse any returns.

Raw hair is 100% unprocessed hair collected from one donor. Not only has it never been chemically processed but it has never had heat applied to it as well. Unlike virgin hair, it comes in its most natural state. This is the highest quality of hair on the market as it is 100% natural. Definitely worth the investment.
How long will my bundles last?

Yes, with proper care, sulfate free shampoo and hydrating conditioner. Also, minimal heat. You can expect at least 2 years.
What is the difference between raw & unprocessed hair?

Unprocessed hair still has the cuticle intact; it has not been chemically processed. The hair is also usually from a single donor. ... Another advantage is that unprocessed hair lasts longer than processed hair; this way, you get a greater value, as it's not damaged hair.
Can I cut, color, tone, curl, straighten Bellaskye Collection hair?"

Yes, Bellaskye Collection is 100% raw hair. This means they can be treated just like your own natural hair. They can safely be trimmed, curled, straightened, dyed & toned. We recommend a maximum temperature setting of approx. 180c / 350f to avoid damaging your extensions. Please use thermal protection. We recommend consulting with a professional when coloring extensions.

Should my extensions shed?

Our extensions has very minimum shedding, however shedding is very normal with hair extensions, just like your own hair. Some shedding is to be expected when you first open up your set and brush it through in the first wear. This is due to excess hair which was not 100% secured in the making. Cutting your weft, May also result in shedding, due to distortion of weft.
How many oz are in one bundle?

You can expect about 4oz in each bundle.
Can I re-use/ re-apply my hair extensions?

Yes, please note all blunt styles may result in special placement. After the first blunt cut style.
